To celebrate the successful conclusion of its 45th Anniversary Fundraising Campaign, the Arts Sutton Art Centre invites its artist members to take part in a unique project showcasing their creativity and talent.

We are providing 40 sketchbooks for drawing and watercolour, which you are invited to fill with your original artwork. There is no imposed theme, and all artistic media are welcome; the only requirement is that the sketchbook be presented in landscape format.

The sketchbooks will be exhibited in the Claire-Léger Gallery from September 3 to October 4, alongside Brigitte Normandin’s exhibition. They will be displayed on specially designed shelves and tables, allowing visitors to browse through them freely while ensuring their protection.

Visitors will be invited to vote for their favourite sketchbook, and prizes will be awarded to the three most popular entries.

Each sketchbook may be offered for sale at a price set by the artist, ranging from $250 to $400. The proceeds from the sale will be divided equally between the artist and the gallery. In addition, tax receipts may be issued for the portion of the proceeds allocated to the Arts Sutton Art Centre (according to terms and conditions to be specified at a later date).
