In this series of works and book-objects, I explore the memory of paper and the power of gesture. I draw from the pages of discarded books, destined for recycling, and transform them into delicate works guided by material, light, and line.
Through collages of typographic fragments and torn paper, I recreate a language. Fine, organic ink drawing emerges like a breath—an intimate writing that weaves through layers of the past. Black ink, golden accents, and printed textures meet, rub against each other, and gradually come into harmony.
The book here becomes a space of reassembly—a place where time, forgotten words, and the evolving self converge. I reveal myself in every fold, every mark, every silence. I also free these materials from oblivion by breathing new stories into them.
My artistic practice is rooted in the gestures of drawing and assemblage. I deconstruct in order to reconstruct: fragments of bodies, memories, objects, and stories intersect in delicate compositions. Drawing acts as a guiding thread—a breath that connects all the elements together.
I enjoy working with materials that carry history: old papers, worn books, reclaimed objects. Through their transformation, I seek to reveal the beauty of impermanence and traces. Each piece becomes a space of resonance between past and present, between the intimate and the collective.
