Creative workshop on grief

Cost: $60 for members • $70 for non-members
Like the seasons, life unfolds to the rhythm of births, achievements and trials. Grief is one of them, whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a job, a friendship or a physical ability. But it’s possible to express our emotions, to soothe them, to transform them through drawing and painting. Saying yes to life, and taking advantage of past experiences to live better in the present.
- The workshop takes place in French and is limited to 12 participants.
- A minimum of six participants are required for the workshop to take place.
- No skill required
- You will receive a list of materials suggested before the activity begins.

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Visual artist Yolande Brouillard has over 60 solo and group exhibitions to her credit. A therapist in helping relationships, trained in family and systemic constellations, she has been leading the Art Expression (creative process, life process) workshops for over 30 years and has offered several intensive courses in Quebec, Mexico, Costa Rica and France.
